Call of the Eldritch

Call of the Eldritch was an experimental game. Using a board game that's loosely based off of Pai Sho as a medium to talk to eldritch abominations.

This is a board game that is a more simplified version of Pai Sho. Where the objective of the game is to Create More harmonies than your opponent. To do this you need to create a Vertical or Horizontal line with 3 tokens. now what will determine what is a Harmony or Disharmony is the Central token type and the pieces next to it. Using the pentagram on the right you can determine whether it's harmony or Disharmony.

Example: If the Central Token is a Sun, then if the pieces beside it are an Eclipse or Setting, Sun that line will create a harmony point because it is linked with a green line on the pentagram. If it were connected to it with red lines, it would be disharmonious. Also depending on the distance from the central piece it will determine its point value. So, If the Central piece is a Moon. With an Eclipse token on its right by two squares and has a Sun Token on its left by one square.  The total amount of harmony Gained would just be 1. And who ends up getting the points is dependent on who has the majority colour on that line. So, using that example above if two of the tokens were black and one of them was white. The harmonies would end up going black.

Now each turn you get to choose whether you want to place a token on your colour or decide to move a token by one space up or down, right or left.

Now that the focus of the point was done.

Here's a Video essentially showing off the system and how it works before AI was implemented allowing people to play essentially against one another and could go on essentially indefinitely.

This video is a basic break down of the game.
